Integrated Manufacturing
From batch melting and forming to annealing, Zhenhua’s integrated line keeps optical clarity, wall-thickness uniformity, and tight dimensional tolerances under steady control.

Hot-End Expertise & Equipment
The most critical phase is the hot end. Over 20+ years, we have trained 35 hot-end technicians and 10 mold-maintenance specialists. Our Gaoya Glass second furnace adopts Emhart (Germany) automated forming, complemented by inspection equipment from France. With a complete QC system and a third manual inspection, we keep the defect rate below 0.2%.

Decoration & Compliance
In coating, printing, and hot stamping, we prioritize water-borne and UV systems, balancing visual performance with environmental and regulatory compliance.

Quality Control & Testing
We implement multiple in-line and off-line inspections at critical gates: cosmetic defects, neck dimensions and torque, adhesion/cross-hatch, chemical resistance, and drop/transit simulations. Finished decorated goods undergo functional tests—durability, extreme temperature and humidity, pressure, friction, capacity, airtightness, aging, cap-torque, etc.—to secure consistency and durability.

Traceability & Verification
With an MES-based batch traceability system, inbound materials, production, and outbound shipments are linked end-to-end for rapid batch localization and verification, improving responsiveness and quality transparency.
